Shit My Dad Says Got a Book Deal AND a TV Show

Yep, Justin Halpern, the guy who writes Shit My Dad Says just got a book deal. And a TV show deal. The guy wrote 1 tweet and day, repeating what his dad said, and got a book deal and TV show! Shoot, it seems about time that I hopped on the Twitter band wagon now!

I was under the impression that this kid was unemployed and just kicking back in his pj's at the parents' house, but apparently he had/has a real job too - he's the senior editor over at Maxim.com.

Way to go Justin, you win at life today.

This 28 year old guy lives at home with his 73 year old dad and just tweets some of the more ridiculous things his dad says. He's a sassy, grumpy old man that I can't get enough of!

Bruno Has A Twitter

Yes, that Bruno has a Twitter. It's hilarious and offensive and I love it. The movie comes out July 10th, which means these shenanigans will go on for another month and a half or so. Yay!

Erykah Badu Twittered While Having Babies!

So Ms. Erykah Badu did some ho shit and had a kid at her home in Brooklyn the other day. Her and her baby daddy decided to take it to the next level and went where no other famous person has gone before - they twittered about it. Overshare.

That said, I love Erykah Badu. She's a bit crazy and weird, but that's why I like her so much. But really, twittering during birth, ew.

Anyways, reading about her twitter fest reminded me of this amazing video of Erykah, explaining how a girl can make it in the music industry. Pretty much everything she says is a total gem, but my favorite line might be, "If you wanna make it, just get buttnekid somewhere, buttnekid with glitter on ya and a beeper."
